Before requesting services, please read and agree to the following

Service Agreement
I understand and agree to the fees charged for services. I also understand fees
do not include merchandise or services purchased as part of the agreement.
Payment is due upon completion of errand(s) or service.
I understand that Leisure For You is not liable for improper performance of a
service rendered by another merchant. I acknowledge that any loss sustained is
not recoverable from Leisure For You.
Cancellation of services must be made 24 hours in advance or a $15.00 fee
could be assessed.
A fee of $ 40.00 will be assessed for returned checks.
If Leisure For You is unable to complete an errand by an act of God or
unforeseen event the liability to perform the errand will be excused, and
rescheduled. Leisure For You will take every precaution to keep our client
information confidential.
Service requests that are dangerous or illegal will not be considered.
